Can I use a middle name?
Yes. As long as the total number of letters used is no more than 10.
For example, if the child’s name is Anne Marie, the total number of
characters is 9 and it will work!

What if I need more than 10 characters?
The order process isset for 10 maximum. If you absolutely need more
than 10, please contact us and we will do everything that we can to
accomodate your needs.

How soon will my book arrive?
We do our best to complete your order and have it on the way as
soon as possible. While we cannot accept rush orders on the printing,
please select 2nd day shipping or Ground UPS in the checkout options.

If this is a gift will you include an invoice?
The invoice is sent via email to the person ordering the book. The cost is
not listed on the shipping statement

Can I have the book gift wrapped?
We're taking the environmental approah to gift wrap and each book
comes in a re-useable cloth bag. It can be a great way to maintain the
book's keepsake value or fun book bag.

Can I return a book I ordered or receive a refund?
Due to the nature of customized orders, we do not offer refunds or
returns. Orders cannot be canceled 24 hours after the order has been
placed. If a mistake is made in the final printing due to our process,
please contact us via email at customerservice@theo-saurus.com.
